Yak Chew Supply Company is a Kathmandu, Nepal based manufacturer, packager, and exporter of cow/yak milk dog chew. We manufacture and supply premium quality chews to our customers worldwide while maintaining the huge economic impact this industry has generated on the community farmers living in Nepal's remote Himalayas. We invest, procure, and establish a direct trade relationship with our farmers. We have transformed hundreds of community farmers into micro-entrepreneurs and helped them improve their livelihood, and it is constantly growing!

 

On the flip side, importers worldwide have struggled to find a reliable supplier of chews in Nepal. Customers often complain about the huge inconsistency in the quality of chews supplied by the same supplier. Unfortunately, it is a bitter truth. It happens because almost every other exporter in Nepal relies on third-party brokers for their supplies. On the other hand, we directly work with our own community farmers in our ever-expanding network. Our farmers pledge to use the same authentic ancient recipe using good manufacturing practices to produce premium quality chews consistently. Regardless of the good manufacturing practice, about 25% of chews do not meet our export quality and find a local market at a reduced price.
